- An “Easy and Fast Roofing” representative will check your roof for you and determine insurance responsibility.
- The homeowner and the representative will file the claim via phone. (This takes about 10 minutes). A claim number will be given at this time.
- The insurance company will call you with a time the adjuster will be at your home. It is important that you call me when this appointment is made so I can be there. Try to set the appointment for a 2 hour time window.
- Call us when you finish the call with the insurance company so we can be there to represent your interest.
- The adjuster and I will discuss the damage to the roof. If it is “bought” some adjusters are able to write a check at this time. Others will mail the check and the insurance paperwork (estimate). If you are there they will hand it to you.
- The first check will be made out to the homeowner(s) and your mortgage company if you have one.
- Easy and Fast Roofing can deposit your first check once you have endorsed it to Easy and Fast Roofing. You will receive a receipt for this check.
- Next you select your shingle and drip edge color and manufacturer. We will then schedule your roof for installation and any other work to done.
- Once your roof is installed you can sign our Certificate of Completion which will be sent to your insurance company for final disbursement.
- Call me when this check arrives. This check will also include any supplements that have been charged to the insurance company.
